Agreement

By creating an account or using BuOnly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Trial

New shops receive a 14-day trial with full product access. When the trial ends, publishing and wall updates lock until a paid plan is active. Existing published walls may stop updating; data is not deleted immediately.

Billing

• Shop — $19 USD per location per month (pricing may change with notice)
• Plus — $39 USD per location per month for additional features as listed on /pricing
• Billed per location, not per seat. Cancel anytime; no annual lock-in at launch.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use BuOnly for unlawful harassment, discrimination, or surveillance of staff
• Resell access or scrape other shops' data
• Attempt to breach security or overload the service

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or endanger other customers.

Staff and managers

You are responsible for who you add as managers and what staff names you publish. Staff wall links are unauthenticated — share them only with your team. PINs are shop-managed secrets.

Disclaimer

BuOnly helps you run a schedule and track punches you enter. It is not legal, tax, or payroll advice. Labor law compliance remains your responsibility. We provide software “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
